redevil being banned for nothing

so it seems like ive been banned for scamming which is not the case, but rather a misunderstanding.

let me make it short, i was supposed to sell a 3 digit to nor as we agreed on and the payment was €230 through bank transfer, took 1 week to receive and while the waiting he started to trashtalk me (from my point of view atleast) so i cancelled the trade and we agreed on a refund for the account. i have issued the refund with my bank and that was 20-12/2012 and is still processing, he hasn't updated his thread with this infomation which we had spoke about for along time.

anyway, i never use the site but i wouldn't scam anyone. you can ban me, really i don't care. just wanted to say this from my point of view, judge what you want.
