Anyone here play RS legit?

I was wondering that there are so many people on these forum who buy and sell gp who in fact also play the game.

Those of you who trade gold or have stuff to do with the RS blackmarket, do you play RS legit, so by not interacting your account with the gold you buy and level your accounts legit without botting?

 

I buy gold occasionally , only because making gold is too tedious and boring + luck involved.

However, all of my levels are 100 percent legit. Well, may be aided by bought gold, which is certainly an advantage..but I still train it.

Even the number 1 rs guy relies on donations to get his goals..so a lot of people rely on handouts or bought gold. But my levels are legit, especially since some 99's you technically cant buy (I got 99 rc legit when abyss first came out).

 

Yes, there are people who play legit. However, the majority of this forum who play Runescape do bot, or have botted in the past.

There are a handful of people who buy/sell gold, have botted and are still going strong with their accounts. Wont mention names, but poke around the Market section and you'll come to know.

 

Never botted before but sold/bought gold plenty of times.

I guess it gives you a great advantage in terms of training stats that are wealth-orientated, i.e. construction, prayer

 

I've never botted, never will. Also, I've bought accounts/gp to use but I have my original account that's never had anyone else on it/bought GP on it..

 

I used to play legit got a perm ban from buying gold after 2 years... played legit for some more time... got 99 woodcutting! lmao but these days with work and a girl and life i prefer botting and taking the risk! I also bot RuneScape Classic

 

When I used to play, I use to legit the majority of the time.

 

I have quit now but when I was playing I was playing legit.

 

I bot, and buy gold/sell gold.

 

played legit in the past, took a 2 year+ break,
rs got ruined so I don't see the point in playing legit...

 

Played 3 years legit no bots no rwt then I turned on bot for 72-78 agil, 1 year break from botting then I started selling gold I staked/obtained by glitches and now I quit

 

I used to play RS legitimately, as I always was scared of getting banned. Since then I came to Sythe and got into botting a bit, you realize how harmless it is. Unless you use like broken scripts and what-not, Jagex doesn't really care that much about it as long as you don't bot during one of their few times a year where they try to maintain the farce that they try to stop botting. Even look at Botany Bay, it's banned a few auto typers and that's about it.

 

I've bought/sold gold on my account, never used any of it to train though, it was more like "Shit son, I need to get my girlfriend something for her birthday, I guess I can sell this 200m that's been collecting dust in my money pouch" etc, shit like that. Never botted either, I don't really see the point in that, I play (well, played) the game for fun and botting isn't fun and I'll never understand why people bot. One of my accounts is 100% NON RWT funded/botted/involved.

 

The only time i play legit is when im hosting!

 

Sort of like a mixture for me. Sometimes I bot sometimes I play legit. Really depends what skill it is and if I can really be bothered that day. I suppose it also matters if there is a free script at the moment as I have no money for a while .

 

I played legit ages ago. Now I rather spent time on other things and let the bot do the work.

 

I sell cards occasionally for a number of reasons, but other than that I consider myself a pretty legitimate player. The thing is that I actually enjoy playing RS and I am proud of my skills and achievements in-game, and so I have no desire to bot my account and miss out on the experience.

I've messed around with bots on a few separate accounts before and toyed with the idea of starting little projects here and there, but I usually lose interest pretty fast. It sure is tempting to farm gold though sometimes!

 

I've botted, sold and bought gold, sold and bought accounts. I do still play the game on my own account though, and I've never done anything against the rules on it. I really do enjoy the game.
