We don't urinate as much as we drink

I've been wondering for years, say we drink 2 litres of a liquid, we don't urinate 2 litres why not?

Where does it go?

Sweating it out or what? Anyone know?

you sweat

your eyes constantly need water to stop them from drying out

everytime you talk, you got water vapor coming out of your mouth

+ a lot of other shit in ya body need liquid too ya dig

 

our bodys are 80% water or something I read

Nonetheless, a pretty cool read. As for why we don't seem to urinate as much as we drink is accounted to many reasons, loyal to da game named a few.

 

bro some of that 2 liter that you drink goes into sweat and to functions the body needs to work.

 

Also, I dont want to be too gross here but its the same thing with pooping. I eat so much food on a given day but......

The liquids/water you drink are used for a lot of things in your body and help carry out a lot of your daily shit in your body too.

 

You use a lot of water in your body, it's necessary for life functions. A lot of people actually don't drink as much as they are supposed to, which is around 2-3 litres a day.

Estimates are around 40-50% of people are actually dehydrated, without them actually knowing. :/

 

Sweat, tears, breathing, speaking, poop, etc.
