    Upped cals to 3500 now. Got used to it within 10 days. Weight's now 76 kilos :)

    Looking toned, although you need to work on bi and tri more, Not sure if you want them more lean.

    I'm currently 170 lbs and bulking.. combining creatine monohydrate and some old fashion gold standard whey...can't figure out how to make it taste better..prob add low-fat ice cream or something..keep up the good work and keep pushing yourself to achieve greatness.

    Yea my arms are at 15" now. Goal is 16" by the end of the next year :)

    Can you explain cutting, I've been curious you seem to have found success from it =p.

    I played american football for the past 3 years so I bulked up a lot and become strong for that. But I never cut because I had the season to play. I am now forever done playing american football and am back to my passion of soccer. I still am strong and fairly big from football but I need to cut without losing all my muscle.

    I've went from 200 to 182 just changing basic things and running more but I've become weaker and I still have to lose some fat ;).

    Any/all tips are appreciated from you man, inspiring to see another soccer player. You still play by the way?

    You look great mate,
    I'd like to ask what's your weekly routine, and what does your diet mainly consist of? (Especially for your abs, they look great)
    I've been trying on and off for 2 years to get into working out, but I'm relatively normal/too skinny at 68kg, not very toned (absolute shitty abs) regardless of my routine.

    I don't play much anymore lol. Well, you seem to be naturally endo/meso, so you dont have to worry about losing muscle that much. Remember to have quick sources of energy before/after playing to reduce the risk of burning off ur muscle (have a banana or two). As for cutting, it's simple. Find out your maintainence calories, and eat 500 calories below that. Once you reach a plateau in BF%/weight loss, reduce your calories by a further 100/200. Depending on how you react to carbs (some people store fat easily with more carbs) adjust your carbs/fats ratio. If you store fat easily with carbs, follow a a low carb, high protein, rest fats diet. If you don't follow a high protein,moderate carb, low fat diet.

    My routines on the first post. And diet won't suit you really. If you want i could make a custom one for you.
