Just going to point this out (don't get mad at me). The "15m" members are with pins when they are gotten illegitimately thus why the super cheap price.
If you buy a card there is no way to get them "free" you actually have to pay the price Jagex puts for them (If Jagex makes the card worth $25, you pay $25)
That is why the price for a card is generally significantly higher (thus why the above post was a pretty average price 85m = 28.05 (at $.33) USD (he really only gains about 3 dollars off you))

Apologies, only came out of a 9 month hibernation from the game like a week ago

 

Nothing really.
They just cost a bit more than the old 30 and 90 membership only cards and come with either a few more days or added RuneCoins or Spins and sell at $10 and $25.

 

It is really just another money making ploy from Jagex, nothing more nothing less.

The cards cost a few dollars more than their original counterparts, and come with either extra membership days (for example, the $25 card is like 100 days of membership + an additional 15 days free), OR you can select "packages" that include a combination of membership, SoF spins, and Runecoins etc.
