I don't see any real emphasis in the focal & it needs a little more... if you know what I mean. It looks pretty plain :S
the smudging technique is pretty good, i like it. try working with a larger canvas and then re-sizing, it makes it easier to add detail. the intended focal is weak due to sharpening issues which are also ruining the depth. composition could be better, i feel like the flow is lacking too, its chaotic. colours are boring and dont really mesh well. lighting needs work. over contrasted that effect c4d line thing ruins the flow
This is some pretty cool looking smudging. Try to blend them more with a blur so it doesn't look so rough. 7/10
