you know what i really dont understand is how everyone complains that sythe is dieinf sythe is dieing yet no one will take any stepa to advance it
. I have seen good suggestions just get denied because oh " its been.suggested and denied 100 times before" well if you have 100 people suggesring it dont u think.it just might be a good idea? I mean if staff isnt willing to.listen and take in more suggestions then everyone may as just kiss sythe goodbye... so my suggestiom is staff start being more open minded n think out of the box once in a while

Just because 100 people support a suggestion doesn't mean it can be done. Some stuff just isn't possible or would take too much time or resources to do

 

Mostly it's because of how stubborn admins and mods are.

Half the shit, can be done, but motherfuckers are too lazy, and think it wouldn't be worth it.

Since sythe fixed something with google it seems a lot more traffics come like right now sites at 225 members online. It was close to 150 on average couple weeks back

The theme is ugly, the index is too long, dated software, etc. Lots of things that should be fixed, but the suggestions are all shot down. Richard has recently started to be more active and seems to want to improve it though, let's just hope he follows through with it.

Frankly, I don't care if you all don't give a shit about improving Sythe. I'm not going to waste my time looking for specific examples when you can do it yourself. Hell, you probably denied a lot of them yourself, you should remember them.

Common excuses for denying them were "vB4 coming", or "DNS list". Why the fuck should any forum have a do not suggest list? If someone can back up their points enough, it should at least be heard out. A recent example of this is Mohtasa's chat idea. If any normal user made it, it would have been denied due to "DNS list, get outta here", just because of the title, no one would have read the suggestion. But since it was Tony, his suggestion was actually considered. This happens all the fucking time, and it's a bit ridiculous. If people can back up their idea and promote their idea, let them fucking do it. They're trying to help the site.

 

I'm not sure if you've been paying attention but there's a lot of changes being made. Sythe is by no means 'dying'.

Also, the vb4 coming excuse is long gone since we decided not to upgrade. I'm tempted to remove the DNS list though, as it can be quite a hindrance on decent suggestions.

Hard to say as I've also read the explenations as to why and some have a very good point and others are kind of obvious.

numbers never lie. The site traffic members ect have decreased. I however believe stating sythe dying is a exaggeration by far. the site is fine for the forseen future.

I find it funny though how most of the people bitching about losing new members and traffic decreasing are the first to bitch about newfags
