Alleged Shooting 21-12-12

I'm being 100% serious here.

So, at the beginning of the week, rumours started that a kid was bringing a gun to school and was going to kill a bunch of people because its "the end of the world." I wasnt too worried, as if it was reported to the school officials, they'd do something (right?). NOW, there was a staff meeting yesterday and the principal came to each class to talk to each teacher, and someone said they overheard that apparently he was announcing that SWAT is coming in just in case. Should I take this seriously? I mean, I don't wanna shake it off if its a serious manner, but it's hard to believe. I told my mom & she doesn't want me to go to school beause she believes it serious & I know plenty of friends who aren't going tomorrow. But it's exam day.

Like I said, I'm being 100% serious & would like to see what you think about it. >.<

 

99.9% sure its bullshit and rumors, why would you kill people at end of world if your that sick then surely you'd prefer to do something fun, like "play" with them hot girls, lols.
But seriously nothing to worry about, go to the exam, then leave if your worried, I highly doubt SWAT or feds will be there.

 

It's an excuse to skive. Surely it's the last day before christmas, just don't go.

 

Maybe someone wanted to scare everyone off to get the exam cancelled.

 

Probably not sad enough to pretend to gun people because they haven't revised lmao, I didn't revise for 1 of my exams ever, never got below a B.

 

Don't listen to anyone that are shrugging off these suggestions. They do not know the person that made these threats, their background, and life. I'd stay home just for security purposes..That's what i'd do. Better be safe than sorry mate

Ah, sheriff's office called seeking any personal information on the kid who is planning this. No SWAT, just an increase in police officers. Tomorrow should be fun, but I doubt anything will happen. Made my sleeping tonight a little easier.

Your school isn't the only one I've heard having that. My school had threats like that on other "end of the world" dates. Never happened.

Chances are nothing is going to happen at your school, but somewhere out there someone will be a moron and do something.

If kids have a legitimate reason to not come to their exam (fear for life) i'm sure they would reschedule the exam. Especially if the police have been introduced to the situation.

 

Can you not judge the kid that said it? If he's some weird cunt, then dude I would be a bit scared, but like if he's normal I highly doubt he would do that.

This happened where i live too this week, the local council got letters saying there would be a shooting at one of the schools in the area, but nothing happened.

 

They're just rumors, and from what's been said they haven't rescheduled the exam. She should go to school.
