You're asking yourself to get banned man. It's against the rules. Even still, you had the intention of doing so.

Banned the user for 1 week. Its fairly clear that he probably wouldn't sell it if he knew it was against the rules, however it sure looks like he was going to do it, so I think 1 week is fair.
