Swimming would be more enjoyable and you would also get a nice tan.

    Swimming Vs Jogging?

For me, swimming is much more effective at retaining and improving my fitness, but if you need to lose weight then swimming will be quite difficult, so start off with jogging.
But if you are already sporty and active, swimming is better.

Swimming since it uses all body parts. I prefer jogging though, do whatever you prefer.

I would go for Swimming, it's more of an obscure exercise than jogging.

Jogging gets boring and repetitive alot more than jogging for me.

As said above, swimming is a whole body movement and is also extremely good for your lungs. Jogging is for everyone though (the people who don't have a pool) and can be done in all conditions except rain/snow. Not everyone likes swimming when it's extremely cold.

Try out both and see which one you like more/

find a local public swimming pool and scramble some money for a monthly membership. then you can jog to the swimming pool, swim a few lengths, lax out in the hottub afterwards, then you can jog home

I'd prefer swimming on a sunny day unless I'm BRISK walking on a cold weather.

Both are good exercises for health and fitness. I do swimming and jogging daily because these are complete body exercises.

Swimming is better for your joints and bones. You don't have to worry about over-training one muscle, because all of them are being trained at once. Running will get you in shape a lot faster, and it's better for strength training. I'd pick running over swimming any day, I can't stand swimming back in forth in a pool, or running on treadmills.

Depends how old you are. As stated above jogging is a lot harder on your knees but if your young running is fine. If your old swimming is easier because it doesn't put stress on your bones.
