    I'm pretty sure they don't necessarily have to be active in the section they're chosen to moderate, but just have to meet the mod criteria in general. I'm sure he'll do a great job :p

    The majority of his posts (over 180) out of his last 200 before his promotion were made in SF and DL. Hardly even a section that requires moderation. I'm sure he will do a good job, he's already handled 2 reports. :D

    I'm not even sure why this is seen as an issue. When I was first promoted to the staff team I had never ventured out of the Graphics section - yet like Wolfdog, I was promoted to Runescape moderator.

    You don't need to be active in a section in order to become a moderator for it, in fact I was then promoted to Global less than 3 months after arriving on the team. Activity is no gauge of capability :) Well done Wolfdog, do us all proud aye!
