    Need help finding a new headset

    I hate my old headset because it feels like the weight of a brick on my head when I wear it for a long time + my ears hurt after awhile.

    I have no price limit really.

    Mainly I am looking for a very light headset (around ears) + comfort + wireless. Must be compatible with my macbook pro. I don't really care about "background noise cancelation"

    Preferably wireless although not necessary. If it was wireless I would like it to at least have option to plug in too.

    Any suggestions?

    I can't find the exact weight listings anywhere. Though neither of them go above 1 Kilogram I don't think.

    Lol 1kg is extremely heavy jesus. o_O

    Compare the one that I have been looking at:

    http://gaming-headsets-review.toptenreviews.com/astro-a30-review.html

    It is something like 6 or 7 ounces. 1kg is equal to 70 ounces?

    Na the total weight is 0.90 ounces, that inculdes the packaging and everything. The headset itself is lighter than 0.90 ounces.

    Nigga, fuck all those headsets listed above. Steelseries Siberia V2's are the way to go, the best headphones I've ever used for gaming, music, and just in general. I love these things, I'd buy a million of these. Not to mention, highly stylish and used by professional gamers around the world.

    Need help finding a new headset

    The Siberia V2's are a great headset. Bass heavy, but i like that.

    Problem with them is that after 3-4 hours your ears will start hurting because the headset presses on your ears (after they are broke in). But i have owned a pair for well over a year, and i still haven't found any fault with them other than that. My favorite part of them is that they use 3.5mm headphone/mic jacks, so i can 1. Actually use the sound card i invested money in, and 2. Use them around the house with my Tablet/iPhone.

    Some great headsets are (I have used all these btw):
    * Siberia V2 like stated above (what i personally own): http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00365EA1Q

    * Razer's 7.1 headset: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Megalod...&qid=1355776189&sr=8-3&keywords=razer+headset

    * Logitech's wireless 7.1 headset: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wire...d=1355776222&sr=1-1&keywords=logitech+headset

    * Turtle Beach's PX21's: http://www.amazon.com/PS3-Force-PX2...55776257&sr=1-3&keywords=turtle+beach+headset

    But do note i use to own the turtle beach's, and the build quality wasn't the best. I ended up blowing a speaker after about 6 months. So if your a "Audio stays at 100% volume 24/7" kind of person like me, i would stay away from these.

    If i was buying another headset, i would defiantly go with razer's headset. Great sound quality, Great mic, Great comfort, and after buying my razer naga, i am officially a razor fan.
