How can you not ban someone when the scammed has proof. "Doesn't sound like Arcus" isn't substantial evidence to not ban someone.

If you actually read the report, you'd see that that was not the only reason I closed it. He was either talking to an imposter or he faked the report, there are no alternatives. You need to look carefully and follow the logic. Video's decision were well verified by members than himself and went into his troubles of verifying with involved parties. That takes time and effort; even if he is wrong you may shoot him a PM politely to justify. It does not require a vulgar thread title either. As he said shoot him a PM if you need more information further more but again please read the thread and following the images carefully.

 

It is very easy to edit the ebuddy client to whatever you want, this includes changing the e-mail everyone sees, as well as the chat. I would also rule it fake based on that because he provided cropped screenshots, and therefore cannot rule out the possibility that they have edited it.
