Paypal Help- Under Review

i am selling to a friend. He has a verified pp account, but its not his real name. After each time he sends money to me, it says the payment is pending and "under review". what does this mean, that he is having it chargebacked? it says it immediatley after sending the money

 

It means paypal is checking out his account.

 

It could get taken from your account if PayPal deem him a risk, they might limit him and refund all his transactions. I don't know how he got verified with a fake name tho lol.

 

If he was non-US verified then he can use everything fake and it'll still count as verified.

 

If the payment is pending echeck.it means the money is not in your paypal account.Paypal hold it now. It may take about 4-5 days to be cleared and then money come to your account.Once it is cleared,the payment will be safer!
