    What are the best? How can i run many at once?
    Is there anything better than just a simple auto-talker?

    Does anyone remember that script from rsbuddy/pb (forgot which one) that used to join a list of friends chats (that you specified), add everyone in the fc and then spam them a message of your choice?

    I'm almost positive that PB script that PMs people you are talking about was banned on PB because PB doesn't allow bots that promote RWT in game (advertisers). At least I think.
