    I'm looking to buy a Nexus 4, and it's ridiculously priced on Amazon, like 550$ for 8GB, I live in Israel, and would like to know a site that ships there, selling it at a retail price.

    Retail price is $550. Most carriers will offer you a phone for a lot cheaper if you agree to a 2 year contract with them, when you're purchasing from amazon you're buying an unlocked phone that can be used on whichever phone service you want and you can cancel and switch at any time.
