Combat stats question

So seeing as EoC is here to stay, I have a rune turmoil pure and I still have 2.2k zeal.

Attack: 60
Def: 40
Str: 93
HP: 85
Range: 99
Mage: 99
Prayer: 95

I'm wondering if I should use some zeal in order to wear better armor and weild better weapons - now that combat levels don't matter =\

Is there a good combination known yet in EoC for combat stats?

Planning on buying 3 months of the soulwars bot to just keep accumulating zeals and maybe over a long ass time get 96 summoning.

Thoughts?

 

TBH, if I was you I'd get higher defence (80 for that tzhaar armour), and then just spend the rest on attack.

 

Make a barrows pure, 99 everything, 70 defence.

 

Haven't even tried out any new armor. This is the first time I've heard of that lol. I'll look into it.

I was considering it. I don't see a point in leaving myself at 40 defence but I also don't want to go too high in case somewhere in the future something comes about of combat levels? Probably not though... I guess... Right?

Eh, I think the most I would get is 70.

Damn, I forgot that defence raises your overall level. Just realized I could get 99 attack and still be lvl 141.... Kinda weird.

 

Its Def + highest combat level = Level. Since you have a combat level to 99 already I'd suggest max everything and raise def to 50 and be a rune pure. Zerkers no longer exist.

99 Attack
99 Strength
50 Defense
99 Hit points
99 Prayer

Etc...

50 Defense + 99 = 149 Combat level +2 so 151.

 

If you were to make a maxed barrows pure and something were to happen with cb, you would be in the same boat as alot of others.

 

The new tzhaar armours rubbish, its only good against tzhaar, everywhere else you take 3x the damage you normally would.

50 defence plus works well

 

Since you already have most of the stats, a Barrows pure seems the way to go, as above, 99 everything, and 70 Defence (no higher) - you've done a lot of the hard parts, just make sure when you get Atk/Str to 99, also get HP to 99; with this build you will be Combat 171, and yoy already have Turmoil which is awesome

 

Stay a rune pure it owns alot in wildy.. , just get 99atk and 99str,99hp, 99sum,99pray and u will be the same cmb

 

this ^ about sums up what I was going to post. The only thing that will effect your combat level now would be your defense level.
