I don't even know what just happened.

I logged into this account after literally 100+ attempts at recovering it, as I lost it when my computer got a virus, because my dumb ass decided to download a fake RSBuddy - hell, I was excited to see it back, lol...but that was awhile ago, and since then, I lost the account and now I get it back, and see this "Promissory note" in the inventory..

Open it to find 1,050,000 exp available for use? What the fuck is this? l0l.
