Read about this on the train home. So fucking stupid how that nurse even considered it. That nurse is going to get a grilling.

It was on the news today and I saw a bit of it. It's actually illegal and the radio company is going to get into a ton of shit. There's privacy laws where you're required to tell people you're recording them. The DJs didn't once say that the nurse was being recorded.

These presenters are getting a bit too much hate for this. Yeah, it's a bit stupid of them. But for heavens sake no harm was done - they didn't give out her room number, or anything that could put Kate in danger. And, honestly, I laughed at parts.

 

It just shows how easy it is to actually do it. Which is sad.

Seems all this was way escalated to a level which it didn't need to be at.

 

I blame the Australian radio station for this, they clearly didn't think about the nurses' job or mental state being at risk. I've heard that they are still replaying the prank over there.
