    You can just PM that to Matthew seeing as he's the only one who can really do anything about it. The donation centre is undergoing maintenance at the moment I think, so it's probably just a matter of waiting.

    I can change my rank easily the first time round now to another one or remove it completely. Seems the rank selector is working as it was before now.

    This wasn't there before though -

    The strange combination of letters and umbers wasn't there before all the maintenance started. It's not causing any harm or anything, just it wasn't there before.
