    Most names are on a level 3 with no history once so ever. The only way to recover the account is by IP and the first password (which, you will receive)

    You use your own email, own password, jag the account PLUS using an OMM the account won't get recovered. You can also buy from IDB or other trusted name sellers.

    RFT names are most likely to get sniped as well.
