14 Day Trial Membership

I made my account 5 days ago and I never got it, how do I activate it?

 

Some times you get it sometimes you don't.

 

I believe it doesn't always pop up, whether it a glitch or not I don't know.

 

Validate your email.

Weird. Post in Billing Support. I'm almost certain all new accounts get the 14 day trial now.

Validate your email, but also if you've been a member before with the same ISP you won't get it.

 

It goes by account. Any fresh/newly created account gets the trial now.

 

I couldn't see anything on the website about still getting the free 14 day trial. Are you sure that you still get it?

Ah I see. But they wouldnt let you just keep making new accounts for the trial right?

OP I remember a few months back I had the same problem but the reason behind it was some glitch or something. The next day I was able to get 14 day memberships on my accounts again. If you haven't already, check your junk mail.

 

odd, I've never had this problem. Don't know what to say besides validate your email, as previously stated by swag
