    Recovering a RuneScape Accoun

    Hi, I am an original owner of an account that I did not sell.

    But someone got on my account and validated e-mail address, and now I can't change the password, e-mail, or recoveries without that person validating it.

    What can I do? Even account management is asking for their e-mail validation.

    I had a similar problem myself, except i simply couldn't remember my mule email. I would recommend going to the site, and going to Customer support. There's a thread you can post on if you can't remember your E-mail.

    I had a Hellish experience trying to get access to change a password after forgetting my e-mail address. I just harassed moderators on the official forums for a while and eventually they inboxed me with a reply. Also, if you stick [FAO Mod ...] and just check up who the account help forum mods are. If I remember correctly Mod Frost and Mod Hayley are customer/account support. You should double check that though. Simply because it's less likely to be overlooked if it's directed at one staff member in particular.
