One night stand..

Need to get this off my chest and speak about it. A few words convincing me in not a morally bankrupt person for this would be nice.

I'm 19. Last night I went out to a club with a few mates, got talking to a girl and ended up going back to hers. Id had a bit to drink but I wasn't drunk.

I feel awful about it today. I've never had a one night stand before. I feel so guilty and ashamed. I've only ever had sex with two other girls both of whom I have really cared about.

I feel dirty. Never again.

 

You shouldn't feel guilty >3, i am a girl myself and i know this and i've experienced things like this before, we girls don't feel ashamed, neither should you!, heap up buddy!

 

Your feelings are normal, some people react differently when having sex with someone they dont have a emotional attachment to. Some prefer it, some don't like it

 

All depends on who you are, some people are more likely to have one night stands than others based upon how they were raised. There isn't anything wrong about a one night stand nor should you feel bad for doing it. It was a consensual act between two young adults so I don't see a reason you should feel bad about it.

Just take it as a learning experience and you don't necessarily have to do it again. I will agree that its quite a shallow feeling the next day even if you stick around for a while, but I suppose you do get used to it if you hang around with a crowd like that quite frequently.

 

How can you learn anything without first making a mistake? At least you know you'll never make the mistake again if you didn't like it. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you can remember who the girl was then I'd probably advise you make sure she was protected if you weren't.

 

One night Stands are very common these days. Even for teenagers, surprisingly.

 

Its pretty odd because I think this happends to most guys, I just look at it this way what would a girl think..... in most cases a man might feel guilty if he has a spouse or someone he cares for, as for a women they might think of it as a friendly encounter its all at the way you look at it man.

 

If you have a one night stand while ALREADY having a girlfriend/Spouse, it wouldn't be acceptable at all, I as a girl wouldn't accept it..

I wouldn't say one night stands are bad things, if both of you are comfortable with it then that's fine but if she was expecting more from it then you need to question it.
