Well for starters, I think you should re-evaluate your lights and dark as the background looks very dull to the right and left. Lighting to your smudges can be more used towards the top of Naruto as it only stands out near the bottom. Other than that good job bud.
I'd like it more if there was to be some more contrast on the ( I think it's naruto ) dude or so? I like the smudging allot man!
theres a lot of negative spacec to the left, ha jk. but the smudging is fine more needs to be added to the smudging to make it look better for example c4d and fractals help out smudges a bunch. also the smudge is a tad to blured
