Anyone else having trouble with Black Ops 2?

I am a CoD player, I've been playing this game as long as I remember, and I'm like a 2.5 - 3 kd player.. On Black Ops 2 though, it just seems I am aweful? I seem to die everywhere I go, I can't find a gun I like, I can't find a scorestreak setup.. I'm now at like 1.75 kd and it's genuinely infuriating..

Is anyone else finding this game much tougher? What is it though?

 

It's just the rush of new players. Generally most of the people that pick up the new COD are the "good" players which makes it tougher. You'll notice that if you play older games such as Black Ops 1 that you will do better. If you're finding that you're doing bad try the league play to find a more even playing field.

 

Honestly i cant get anything on Black ops 2, it's just a random game

sometimes i get a 2-3 k/d and in the same lobby next game i get like a .5 kd

its a shit game i give up on it

 

see i had the same problem, on mw3 i have a 1.76 kd black ops 1.62 ect. My problem was that i was a rusher. now black ops 2 has no legit cold blooded (except ghost but you have to move to keep it going) i relied on killstreak to get to another killstreak but now you have to be patient and smart (luring rushers around corners, moving around alot "back alleys underground ect") since the smg nerf you dont want to use it as much but trust me its allways going to be good at close range, my personal favorite is the pdw, its fast and its reliable for close and somewhat far range.
