Karills Cbow Pistols

OK are these even out yet?! Been camping barrows all day and alot last night and havent seen anyone get one, seen anyone with one or even talked to hardly anyone who knew about their existence. Did some bastard on rune wiki troll me hahah. Ive made a good chunk on other items so its not a loss but im not after gp atm, im after these damn cbow pistols.

So if you have one/or both or have seen them IN GAME. Please let me know, if they arent out yet im going to go do something else

Yep, it's out and I must say, it's amazing.

 

I've heard about it, but not used it. I'm tempted to get it, but I think ccb + offhand ccb will be just as good.

 

Dual ccb's better but im tired of recharging everyyyyything in such short periods of times. Since the whole of runescape is multicombat now ive been destroying degradables in record time. Chaotics lasting barely a day is unacceptable, they need to make shit actually TIME based degradation. It says 10 hours but in multi thats out the window, same with barrows gear.

 

The fact you can burn through chaotics in 1 day is short of ridiculous...

 

In multi zones you can burn through chaotics in a couple hours, go to daggonoths and see how long they last when you are constantly attacked. Same with barrows gear and or crystal bow/shield. Jagex not changing the way they degrade in multi zones then making everywhere a multi zone was a stupid move. Learn the mechanics of degradation before you make assumptions.

OT after quite a long while at barrows i finally got one!


Luckily i got arma cbow as a drop this weekend too and fortunately got the offhand karils cbow so im in good shape. Id like to get karills mainhand cbow as well, but i dont have the patience for any more barrows

 

My friend got one earlier and let me try it out, great item. i'd argue better than ccb

 

they arent tradable, not lendable and arent better than CCB aside from the fact that they are somewhat similar in stats and non degradable.

 

Can I ask how long it took, we talking days here? I wanted them on my 1 def pure, but barrows slow going since protects don't work 100%.

 

About the recharging for CCB's, it costs 300k and 30k tokens to fully recharge them. 30k tokens takes approx at level 90 4 floors, as at level 87 I'm getting 75k occs, which take 15 minutes

 

you can safe all the melee brother hiding behind the random bricks/rocks in the tombs. Karill will eat your ass up at 1 def, you will have to pray and even then watch out. Ahrims is a joke using crystal bow or even seercull with rune/broad arrows. It took 2.5 days, but i chose to do it over double drop weekend and made about 74m in the time it took me to get the cbow. I got double ahrims wand drops once (they were selling for 25m a piece) and 2 double ahrims book drops and they sold for 5m each. The rest was misc barrows drops, i love the cbow and find it was worth it.

 

Thanks for the info it's a lot faster and easier knowing that there's safespots, although they can be awkward to trap
