I was infracted unfair by Dave from spamming.
I have try to fix the problem with him in private but i get only rude pms and no support

Where did i spamm or somethiing ? I would like to dispute my infraction with you, if u still think thats a spam or something i will just use the dispute section.

I've told you about 5 or so times on your spam reports, that you can report posts, but don't go flaming/spamming on people's threads. Report someone's post and I will warn them/a mod will warn them/remind them about the 8 hour bump rule. It's not your obligation to do so, you shouldn't be back-seat moderating.

Explaining the rules to person and something else cannot be considered as spam. Thats not a spam and its obvious. I also reported the post and let him know the sythe rules which can only help him not harm. So this is not a spam.Please, be so kind and remove those infraction or i have no other option than dispute it because this post is not a spam

It's not your job to warn other users of the rules. I've told you numerous times to just report the post and leave it at that. Each of the posts you make telling users that they can only bump per this many hours and that trusted means this or doesn't mean this is spam. Leave it to staff to warn users via PM about bumps, or PM them yourself, but don't post it on their thread. IF you still want to dispute it, feel free to contact another staff member and ask for their input/to speak to me.

Simply my answer is : Idk why u called "job" something which help yo peoples.U wasn't such an ignorant when u was not moderator.Same as you, i'm trying to explain/help everyone who don't know the sythe rules and i believe that is not something wrong to be infracted even counted as spam. Please double check and i believe any kind of help/explain cannot be marked as spam.
I don't like to contact another mods because i believe we can fix the "problem".
