Please don't be an idiot in this case, look at the facts they're right in front of your eyes. Go to a court and be like "well were going to give this guy 1 year in prison because we asked him for his Casino Cashout receipt and he said he threw it out two weeks ago because he had no reason to keep it, but were going to nail him for fraud anyway"
