Dual log and trade across - Make sure you press the login buttons at the same time otherwise you get the your already logged into this world message. I think you might need like a client and a browser to do it, I use swiftkit and chrome when I do it.

2 Computers - the same as above really just a lot easier because there different I.P's so you don't need to time it.

There's other ways but they involve more risk.

 

Maybe do the table thingy were you get both accounts to place 1 coin on the table and then the stack of gold? I am sure there is a guide on here about it but not really sure of any other ways really unless it is the dual arena which is now easier for Jagex to track down on.

This method no longer works from what I recall. Download a bot client e.g. Powerbot and log-in whilst logging into the Runescape web browser/Runescape client. This will allow you to log-in to the exact same two worlds and stake or trade among the two accounts.

 

At the same time as in press them both really quickly, doesnt need to be teh same time cause i dont see how that is possible..

 

This works. You don't have to do the whole entering world at same time.
Could just log into one account via Bot Client then wait, login via RS Client with both happily in same world ready for xfer
