How can we escape Fluoride in our products?

You can't, it's a huge government conspiracy to take over the world through the use of healthy teeth.

But seriously, why are you asking? Are you one of those people that believe there is some sort of huge multinational conspiracy to eradicate the population by putting fluoride in water?

Something that should be a legitimate fear is the large levels of arsenic in a lot of the rice sold.

Easy, make your own food, your own water, your own shit = no fluoride. Even though there will still be some.

Grow your own food. Collect rain water. Raise your own livestock for meat. Pretty simple really, just difficult to implement..

Well that's a bit ignorant, wouldn't you say? If you've done any research it would be clear to you that fluoride is a slow-acting accumulative poison.. Helping our teeth or not, it's killing us.

My housemate doesn't brush his teeth because he believes brushing them makes it worse.

How ironic, my Dentist tells me to brush them merely once a day and use Act Mouthwash with Flouride. Honestly, I'm going to trust the man with the pHD 9 times out of 10.

I feel like this is the honest to god truth. Now I brush my teeth twice a day, but when I was younger I used to forget to brush my teeth all the time before I went to bed. I've only had 2 cavities in my life, one when I was like, 7 and then another when I was 14.

However might as well just brush 'em twice as day, toothpaste is a lot more cheaper than trips to the dentist.

Fluoride won't make you become dumber. That's a load of crap. The difference between fluoride and fluorine is almost like day and night, the benefits of fluoride greatly outweigh the risks.

    Conspiracy theorists... there's always one.

I brush my teeth twice a day, sometimes three times a day. I don't see how it makes a difference other than the condition and outlook of your teeth.

Why would you want to avoid fluoride. The fluoride ions are good for your teeth, as because fluorine is highly electronegative, which is where it can easily form polar bonds with other elements. It joins with the Calcium in your teeth, strengthening them for you. That's why it's in toothpaste.

Just look for products without flouride in if you don't want it..

I for one enjoy having healthy teeth, nobody is going to stop me from brushing my teeth because they tell me I can die in a few decades.. I expect to die then anyway.

A year later he's had no problems and feels fine. I don't see the irony in my statement.

I've read if you eat a lot of vegetables it's not really necessary to brush your teeth, as the rough surfaces clean the plaque off your teeth. Oh, apples are also "nature's toothbrush" from what I've heard.

The fluoride amount in US waters are really low compared to the research that were made in China, they have about 11mg of flouride in some naturally occurring ares that reduce low amount of iq while compared to the 1mg in US. Is still a problem to consider though.

Not really, it would just improve your tooth conditions by alot, but you would still have to brush your teeth sooner or later. There are also TONS of fruits/veggies that you call nature's toothbrush.

The massive super secret alumina ti conspiracy that is fluoridated water has to be the worst attempt at eradicating humans the world has ever seen.
Honestly, if the government wanted you dead they could easily do so.

Escape it with bottled water, and enjoy wasting your time. I've read about numerous university studies conducted by independent parties on some of the most heavily fluoridated water in the world, and there was no effect.
