Which game PC?

Hello.
I'm planning on buying a new PC, which I'll be almost only using for playing video games.

I have two options at this moment:
A game pc that costs approximately €450,- or $583

- AMD Athlon2 X3 450 3,20GHz
- 4GB DDR3 Corsair
- 500 GB SataIII
- AMD HD 7750 1GB

or a gaming pc that costs approximately €700,- or $900

- Intel i5 3450
- 8 GB
- 500 GB
- Nvidia GTX 650Ti 1GB
+ a free game (either Call of duty: Black ops 2 or Assassins creed 3)

Now, money isn't the problem here. I'd just like to know which one I could choose best for that amount of money.

I'm going to use the pc for games like RuneScape, Minecraft, but also for games like Amnesia: The dark descent, possibly Battlefield 3, black ops 2, etc. Best would be if it could record without any lagg too.

If money isn't a problem, go with the second one.
But, that's WAY too overpriced.
For 900$ you can get a much, much better PC, where are you buying it from?

I'm not going to lie, those are some horrible prices for the given computers. The second will perform better, but you can get a MUCH better deal building your own computer, or finding a different pre-built from another site. The second one will perform considerably better, but those prices are ridiculous for them.

 

Those are ridiculously priced. Build your own if you want the best parts for the money you invest - people in this forum can help you suggest parts. The GPU in the top one is quite nice, but the other parts aren't and it only has 4gb RAM.
