Ooh, nice job, Karma ;) I like how you used different effects to blend the render into the background, but I don't feel there is a clear focal point of the tag. Also, the depth seems a bit off, with the effects covering the left part of the man, and the right side seeming blurred (or is that just my screen?) The effects at the bottom right of the render bugs me, and the text doesn't really add to the piece, so I would suggest cutting that out. I like the background effects, and I do feel that the lighting needs a little work to highlight the soldier. The colors used in the piece are great and work together well, nice job with that!

I can really see that you are improving and I hope to see more of your work soon :) Good job

    Red - Lighting issues
    Blue - Quality issues

You have light on the render with no light source and mess smudging. Also I don't like the colors. Your color scheme is Yellow/Red/Green/Blue. It doesn't really work in my opinion. It would look better in cool colors like a blue or a green.

    Really like the effects Zippy!
Just not a big fan of the color scheme and the quality of the image looks a tad low

As Nero said. There's a mix of lighting issues as it switches constantly from light to dark. Perhaps if it weren't so constant it'd be better.

To put words to nero's illustration: your key light has no source while your fill light does. Physically (in the world of your frame) it's impossible because fill light is supposed to originate from a source of light that's NOT within the bounds of the camera focus. In photography, it would ideally be light diffused through a screen so it doesn't make sharp reflections off the subject. Since it's diffused, it's usually the "warmer" of the two main lightsources (key and fill [and sometimes back light as a third]), while the key light is usually a cooler color with less drop-off (less diffusion). In contrast, your key light has no in-frame source, so it just appears awkward that the sharp, cool light comes from nowhere while the warm diffused light has a source.

Details, semantics; it looks great imo. Good job.
