    Sythe hates negative feedback?

    So if I say this place sucks, I get a comment from a staff member telling me to go elsewhere instead of asking what I don't like it, or what could make this place better. and people bitch about this place dying...

    The thread was a test and the staff just acted like assholes

    Feedback's definition: "Information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc., used as a basis for improvement."

    You've not given any reasons as to why this place sucks and potentially that is why you have a staff member saying go elsewhere as just ranting with no evidence or anything is just silly.

    Sythe's Staff is one of the Best ive been on loads of Sites and id have to say this staff is the quickest and more tolerant that any of the others. Now i know many other people who think the staff are assholes and ive seen somethings that the staff does that i dont like but still in all they keep the site running smoothly and, if you dont leave an actual complaint as to why the site is bad then yes your thread deserves to be closed. Its like a story with no moral.

    anywhoo Major kudos to the staff who actually closed the original thread well deserves # 100% to the staff of Sythe.

    Im sure if he/she posted why the site is actually bad there would have been more of a discussion as to whats going on with the site and what the staff could have done to fix it but it was just a blunt post that deserved to be closed to reason behind the actual post.

    DUH .... ex admin

    But im sure Mosta could have found something else to say besides go somewhere something like "why or whats bothering you" i believe that would have been more modish.... but that is one of sythe staff flaws

    " i think they get it from the "greatest FireZ'' lol but i love my staff but they do need to work on there replies

    I do agree Moh shoulda said something better than leave.
    Also I agree with Terrain and Lucky for why it was locked because it's basically saying "You suck." With no elaboration just spam like saying "Thanks/Support."

    All feedback wont be constructive thats the point of feedback to say what you feel needs to be said " but make it actually have a moral "

    Hi ssarekcuf,

    I think I understand where you're coming from. We can and will always try to improve our responses, and we do strive to better ourselves through your feedback.

    What we call constructive feedback just means that we want a little substance. We definitely want to hear your thoughts about how we can improve, but we do need something more than "this place sucks ass." If you explain why you think we suck, or what part sucks, we can adjust to make browsing the website a more pleasant experience. Without an explanation, there's nothing we can do to help. I think that's why MohtasaUnique's response may have seemed blunt, and he did have much reason to be so.

    Whenever you notice a problem with our performance, site issues, etc. please feel free to let us know what is going on and why you feel it is going badly.

    I think that the current issue of our response has been addressed by now, and I know that we will adjust for the future :)
