    You can use the butterflys in jars on other players to give them a stat boost.

    Sapphire glacialis, ruby harvest, snowy knight are the names of them.

    There's also an item that gives a HP boost.

    It was literally leaked minutes ago, so I doubt it's patched.

    definately patched, managed it once or twice earlier.
