MSVCP110.dll missing help me ot please

So I get this stupid message each time a try to run a c++ program I have installed visual c++ 2010 package for both 32bit and 64bit

I have tried re installing it 5 times

Could somone help me out and tell me how to fix this my

OP is win7

 

Reinstalling the program will do nothing if you don't have MSVCP110.dll to begin with. You need to find the fix online and install it.

 

I have been trying to do that and couldn't find anything would you please tell me how to do it or a link on a fix

 

Try downloading MSVCP110.dll from www.dll-files.com and place it in the relevant folder?

 

I have tried that still comes up with the same error it's like the computer just avoids that dll or something

 

So I downloaded all the DLLs for it and this time this stupid message comes up
