RWT Ban

My first RWT Ban, since I quit Runescape in 2006:



Didn't lose alot, ~ 1B. I don't trade that much, and only logon to buy/sell RSGP. Assuming they banned it as it was a level 3, F2P account, and I wasn't an active player or anything lol.

Anyone banned recently?

Its because you MM / Buy and Sell, shouldn't really MM tbh.

 

2b may not be alot for you but its a pretty big amount of money. What was your last trade?

 

My last trade on that account before the ban was two together. I MM'd an overnight 600M trade, and purchased 400M RSGP.

 

Tried to appeal it, didn't work lol.

 

Just out of interest, what was the evidence provided? Mainly because I have a lot of mules and it sounds like I do the same thing as you do.

Sucks. I'm a firm believer in that if we did the exact same trades and I was a member, I wouldn't be banned. All my mules are P2P but I do near enough what you do and haven't been banned once yet.

I've made 4 transactions thus far with EpicBot on my main account, as well as purchasing 1B in three transactions. My guess would be what you already stated, inactivity and base combat level.

 

Was banned for 500m a few weeks back, even though I didn't make a single trade on the account for over a year lol.

 

Surprised Jagex is banning the accounts, and not just wiping them. Haven't heard of a ban in a while though. At least it wasn't a bigger amount, like 10B+.

 

They are cracking down on the RWTers, I suggest everyone who mm's reconsider big trades. Shit cray

 

I wouldn't worry too much since legit players also have mule accounts just out of pure paranoia or afraid of getting hacked.
I've had a mule for ages now with all my wealth on it

 

I think you should just put money on an active acc

 

It's easy to get lazy with mules and trading. Move the money around active accounts, buy things, sell things. And then transfer it through duels or 'flower game' or something similar. I've not had any problems (from a buyers perspective), after buying at least $5K worth of gold on one account.

 

Still never had an RWT ban over the past 10 years of botting and selling gold on this game. I bot multiple names though and never end up using the same mule, I just transfer and it ends up on one of the names. And regarding bans, no bans since 2011, and only had 1 ban that year.. This is while botting 24/7, Jagex is doing a good job.

 

I recently got rolled on three accounts and one (only one) got banned for it, and that was the one with least gold and least trades on it.

Pretty odd, but yeah jagex seem to be catching more than just the really big traders now.
