Just looking for other people opinions on the subject.

1. Have you purchased an account before?

2. Have you had good/bad trades in the past?

3. If good, how long have you owned the account for?

4. Do you have any tips or tricks on a safe account purchase?

-Not yet, might sell mine pretty soon

2. Have you had good/bad trades in the past?

-I've had all good trades on Sythe so far , Powerbot, not so much.

3. If good, how long have you owned the account for?

-N/A

4. Do you have any tips or tricks on a safe account purchase?

Always use a "Middleman." They don't even have to be official either, there are some really trusted users on this forum that offer free middlemanning services.

Yes all/mostly all good

Only ever use atleast a MM unless the player is trusted and if it is a big trade then use an official middleman. Also take note of how much people have donated .

I've had both, but the latest trade I did was bad and got scammed.

Had the account for a year or so.

4. Do you have any tips or tricks on a safe account purchase?
Well, If they look pretty dodgy never go first at all or you can use a trusted MM for your trade.

 

Account trading's a bit of a hard one, especially for the buyer. A year is quite a long time, and he still took the account back?

Cool replies, by the way, just thought that maybe you can give a little more detail on using an MM etc. Maybe what the differences are, just a little more detail, or maybe I needed to add a 4th question =p.

Yeah. Don't buy one. Ever.

That was the only time I bought an account, it was bad.

It was bad, only had a few days.

4. Do you have any tips or tricks on a safe account purchase?
There is none its going to be recovered most of the time unless you buy from a mod or something.

 

Thank-you everyone, ditching RS and have gotten back into Dead Frontier myself. Still open to more ideas as this thread was intended for everyone's use.

First account got scammed 3mil second time got scammed £50 3 rd time ecerything went smooth had the account for 15 months. And the original owner has even helped ke recover it wen iv lost the pword
