Ok well first off, I know I have a twc, but this was in 2010, when I wasn't following a mm. look on my profile, you should see all the details (I think).
Well, the name RowdyC was selling a 99range/mage tank. The thread is :

I asked if he wanted to swap, but firstly he didn't, he ended up massaging me a few hours later saying he was interested. Now we were talking for a while and started talking on rs. his in game name is 'Netjakk'.

Because I had the twc, i thought I should go first so I could get rid of it. But instead of giving me his info, he just took everything on it. He also changed the the of the account.

Honestly, I don't think he should be banned but get a twc. If yu want me to, i can post the pictures of the messages.

We need proof that he did what you say he did based on pictures, etc.
He has the requested TWC though so if you want to include more info just make a new thread I suppose.
