Allow Globals to Apply TWC's

This suggestion is simple: allow globals to apply TWC's.

Because the administrators are busy with their lives to always be doing it, might as well give more people that ability. I realize this isn't a built-in vBulletin feature, but it's maybe a 10 minute job to code.

You could make a new page in ModCP with an input field and a submit button for a username to go. Once a global enters a username and clicks submit, it just runs a SQL query to update their rank.

 

Support. TWCs sometimes take quite awhile to be applied, and in the mean time the reported member is still able to trade rank-free.

 

Yeah sounds easy enough. I hadn't kept up with the whole what mods can do what so I'm actually surprised to hear that globals can't apply TWCs in the first place.

I didn't know that they weren't allowed. Then again, I don't know who has what privileges. I'd like to see quicker action with TwC's, and if making globals allowed to implement them.. support on my end, not that it matters much.

 

I can't say I've ever had any problems or noticed any with TWC handouts. But if it's simple to implement I don't see how global's could go wrong.

I think even markets should be able to give TwC as they are familiar with markets and scammers here.

 

TWC requests don't take any more than a couple days at most. Normally they get done same day (I know this because I've been doing them all). It's not necessary IMO.
