Scammed by mystic!

Recently I made a thread stating I was seeking ucs && would pay USD - I was contacted by mystic! stating he had a UC Darigan Ixi - he wanted $50 but I asked if he could do $45, he agreed to it, he told me to send the money and let him know when I did and he would send the pet, I sent the money but yet nothing, I've PMed him acouple of times, no answer. He's been online since but still have received nothing. I'm new to buying from this site so I wasn't sure on how to find the vouches and such and when I finally figured it out, I see that he's had the same problem with others, getting their money and not sending the item. I can get screen shots of the conversations. I paid with paypal but I'm uncertain of how to get my money back since it was sent via gift.

As my other thread messed up because I didn't post proof , I now have proof .

Note : he has been one - refuses to mail me back && still refuses to send the ixi .
