Geez you're worse than x339 whinging that mods are not online 24/7. Sorry if I'm not instantly available. x339 is the number one seed because I made the seeds random and he was lucky enough to find himself in the number one spot.

No. Follow the rules of the tournament and wait 4 more days for him otherwise you will face disqualification.

Don't get pissed off, there wasn't rules in the first place? Lol, just find it stupid that somebody registers for a tournament then doesn't even bother to log in the day after or even the 2nd day after it starts. I don't really care though I'm fine with waiting 4 days.

Nvm, saw them. I'd advise you to make them bigger or have a set of rules to follow so nobody gets mixed up in the future.
