    Need some help slimming

Basically, I'm slightly overweight. I need some ideas for slimming exercises - I have a low metabolism, but eat healthily.

To keep the post brief; I'm looking to slim before I bulk, and just shift some of the pounds around my lower stomach and thighs, which are the only real places where my weight accumulates. Any ideas on exercises I can do? I have no real experience at the gym, per se, and haven't been to my local one enough to really know what they have, so preferably exercises on more common equipment to deal with this should be good.

If you don't already, start taking walks a few times a week, and then turn those into runs. Drink plenty of water every day.

Eat less. Really though lol, figure out your daily caloric expenditure and eat 500 calories below that a day. 3500 calories equal a pound, so you will drop a pound of fat a week, which is the fastest advisable, anything else is unsafe. To lose weight you don't have to work out, or even exercise.

I think it doesn't need more than balance diet and routine walk to remain fit.

    All you need is cardio.
U can start do basics and they will help u a lot.
U won't believe what will be the result !!!
Just start jumping at roap and run.
Do everyday crunches and don't forget the french wall.
Also i suggest you to "wake up" ur metabolism.
I know peoples are saying that the chemistry is not good but that is not true.
Read more about ANAVAR and Vinstrol.
Those products will burn ur fats without any side effects!
Those products are made basicly for womens but a lot of bodybuilders using it to clear the fat from the body.
Those products affect only the fats on ur body and burn them a lot if u do good cardio.
They cannot harm you and u can read over internet about them.
They are weak "steroids" (i don't call them steroids because they are too weak to call them like that) and u can use them everyday without getting any troubles.
They don't harm ur health if u use them for 60 days which is the cicle of combo Anavar+Vinstrol.
That is the most weak product which helps a lot but do not effect ur health.
Most of the womens prefer it because the fast fat burn and zero danger for ur health.
I'm also Fitness instructor from 6 years ago and if u need a traning/eating/diet helps just let me know.
I will help u for free with a big pleasure and will require picture of you now and 2 months after this just everyone to see the results.
I bet u will loose 10+ kilos per month without even leave ur favourite food.
By the way *** lighter weights with more repetitions.
    Everyday cardio +fruits and vegetables.
U need to eat fish once a week and Chicken/turkey steak is great also.
That need to be discussed more in private.
But if u do everything strictly with a good training/diet program, the results are inevitable.

    P.S : I don't sell any chemistry and i don't sell any training programs.
I can help u with knowledge for free but i can't help u with any suppliements.
My experience will be free for everyone who needs a help about his body
Forgot to mention there is no yoyo effect (U can't turn back ur kilos which u have loose already)

Before you do anything, you have to know you're calorie intake has to be less than your outtake. It sounds a lot harder than it is, eating a hamburger and then burning off two hamburgers. Basically, throw a sweatshirt and some sweats on, and go for a few mile run every day. When you work out your upper body, pick a weight where you can do 20 reps and 3 sets of each. So 60 reps total for each. Once you slim down you don't need to worry so much about what you eat but what you do before and after you eat, but you can get to that after you complete the slimming part.

Try aiming more towards calisthenics when you're slimming down. Push ups, rope pulls, sit ups, things like that.

I've lost around 1.5kg's roughly in 2 and a half weeks of mediocre dieting.

I just eat less to get that calorie deficit and eat less flat calorie foods whenever possible.

I haven't been to gym in like 2 weeks also cuz of exams, looking to get back into lifting on tuesday. Note that if I was gyming in these last 2 weeks that 1.5kgs would be more like 2-2.2kg's.

Losing 'fat' is 70% diet imo.

Note that lifting weights is actually imo just as a good exercise to lose fat because you're using your fat as the prime energy to lift those weights. At the end of the day its being dedicated and not eating like a fattie. If you find eating healthy foods all the time undersirable, have 1 day out of 7 as a 'cheat' day when you eat whatever you want or eat foods which have a distinct amount of fat until you're satisfied not full.

Losing fat is 100% diet, it only has to do with your calories in vs calories out. Eat less, weight less, eat more, weigh more.

I disagree strongly here. For example, say you are eating at a 500 calorie deficit each day. After 6 days, you are 3000 calories down, almost one pound. On that 6th day, you eat 1500 calories over your limit, now you are back to a net of -1500 calories in one week, less than half a pound. The results this way will be painstakingly slow, and also, breaking a diet for a full day will make it terribly hard getting back on the diet. If you have to cheat, eat one cheat meal every two weeks, if that.

^Cheat day doesn't mean that you go 1500 over your daily cals lol. You just whatever you want for the day and dont go 500 cals over maintainence. And it is necessary to refeed on carbs once a week while cutting, so you could make one of ur refeed days every 2 weeks into a cheat day

Diet - get that under control. Find maintenance, cut by 500. 1kg ish a week.
Workout - run 2-3x a week working up to 5km or so. Lift weights 3x a week on non-run days.

    Its simple stuff.

All you need to do, is calculate your daily caloric expenditure (by using a calorie calculator.. Google it) and then depending on how much you want to lose per week (up to 2lb, more is considered unhealthy) and then subtract the appropriate amount of calories from your daily intake.

So for example, if your calorie maintenance was 3000 calories, and you wanted to lose 1lb per week, then you would eat 2500 calories per day, leaving you with a 3500 calories deficit at the end of 7 days. This would result in a 1lb loss of fat as there are 3500 calories in 1lb of fat.

Now, cardio isn't even required when trying to lose weight, it's all about diet, all cardio does is burn extra calories so you can eat a little more, so unless you genuinely want to get fit, you don't need to do it.

Weight training is what you should be doing, because when people lose weight, if they don't train their muscles, it's possible to lose a lot of muscle so after you've lost a lot of weight, you can end up being really small as you've lost a lot of muscle too!

    Hope this helps..

Firstly if you want to lose weight you have to want it, otherwise it's not achievable. You should start slowly at little things for example if your getting a bus get off a stop early and walk or if you usually use an elevator you should always take the stairs. Jogging is also really good especially in the early hours when the sun is out. You should start swimming aswel, it's really effective in burning calories, but most importantly you should watch out what you eat because there wouldn't be much point in excercising if you're going to eat loads of unhealthy stuff. Portion sizes is key, got to be small. Good luck!

I know people always tell you to eat less as their advice. Its not eat less you have to worry about but eat healthy and exercise. The amount of calories you take depend on your weight. Nutrition wise, calories is what you should be counting. Eat less carbs, which are rice, bread, pasta etc. Eat more protein because they burn calories while you're digesting them. Protein is like meat, fish, eggs, dairy.

If you want to have a healthy weight loss, dont slash calories like crazy but eat a maximum of 500 calories less a day. Exercise and aim to burn at least 200 a day. Every 1000 calories less you burn, you lose 1 pound and if you eat an extra 1000 calorie than you burn, you gain 1 pound.
