No it isn't, your clearly old enough for a bank account. You can just get your Mum or Dad to set you up a PayPal account give them say 200 pounds and buy bulk RSGP via PayPal and then sell it via PlayerAuctions or direct PP and then withdraw it back in to their bank. Every bit of money past your initial investment you can ask your Mum or Dad to withdraw it and give you it and just keep 200 in their bank at all times.

 

It makes sense but having to go to the bank all the time to send payments is a bit of a hassle as I can't use online banking at my age.

 

if you're planning on producing and selling gold, paypal and sell to bulkers. ask your parents to accompany you to a branch and open an account then tether that to paypal. i don't know who told you you're not old enough for taking ownership of an account, there's no age-limit to access money that belongs to you. you won't have access to a credit line, but at your age, you're better off not spending money you don't have.

if you plan on reselling gold, be doing yourself a favor and leave sythe while you're ahead. profit margins for resellers, not to mention newcomers, are so low right now you're better off finding conventional employment.
