WoW $5 for the battle-chest online download, Should I buy it?

I recently Started downloading the WoW Trial, with first 20 levels free and this add is up the entire download offering $5 for the battlechest online download for the rest week only. it includes

I don't really plan on playing wow on my current computer and plan to wait untell I buy a new one for college. But I have a 1 TB hard drive to put the games on to play at a later date. Would it be smart to buy the game + expansion packs now cheap or wait and see if I like it and buy it later more expensive

Might as well buy it now for $5 you can't go wrong. The game really isn't too fun until you get to end game content so 1-20 isn't really a good method to see if you like the game or not.

 

Why not buy it? It's $5 and next time you go drinking just don't have that extra 2 beers and you've paid for it already.

 

$5 is a great deal on this. You're not really going to enjoy yourself until you hit max level, but you definitely will enjoy it more and more as you progress.

You could always find someone who can give you access to the Recruit a Friend service and just buy the expansion & gametime, that will give you a free Battle Chest, WoTLK and lvl 80 character I think

 

I found it worthwhile when I got battlechest + lich + cata a while ago for $30
I didn't get more gametime since I have a packed schedule but it was fun when I had the time to play

 

Il be more then willing to recruit you as a friend on wow you can find the bonuses on there website I'm on my phone so I can't link ATM.

 

Been around pretty much since the start. It's definitely worth getting it at this price, however "Recruit a Friend" also has an option similar to this which I believe earns you a free level 80 character?

 

It's Scroll of Resurrection. It needs to be an older once active account. It automatically gets a level 80 character and all expansions through Cataclysm. I believe it's all accounts logged in before some random date in August.

 

I would do it, if you like it then buy cata and mop. If you cant afford both of those buy cata and work your way up to mop.

I believe cata is only 20 dollars now but I could be wrong

 

I agree with almost everything he said (roll a druid), $5 is ridic cheap, and in the future cata will be cheaper (though it may be included in a $20 pack), so honestly lke people said, no way to go wrong with this, unless they have like a Black Friday sale with everything 99% off.
