Hair Style

Anyone with hair dressing knowledge know how to get hair like this, what products to use?

 

I used to style my hair sort of like this when it was long. It would require going to a haircutting place, getting my hair thinned to shit (I have thick ass hair), and a lot of infusium and teasing/flicking my hair about until I liked how it sat. Money and time, neither of with was worth it in the end.

 

Working wax, but only a small amount. It's a bit pricey but it will last a long time if you use it sparingly as you should. Too much and it'll make your hair look dirty. From experience, it works.

The guys hair in the second pic is pretty sick. A big part is also your genes as some people can have certain hairstyles while others can't.

 

I'm sure a hair saloon could do it if you requested it

Just look at some half decent wax, remember because he has made millions he will have the best of the best.

Been playing with my hair recently, its usually hit or miss. Some days I'll like how it looks and other days not so much. Usually I shower in the mornings and then put them stuff in my hair and play around with it. Strangely enough I think my hair looks best late at night after I've run my hands through it a lot and it seems to hold its shape better at this time. Overall though I am a lot happier with my hair. Just a few pics I took, sorry but I'm quite camera shy. Also sorry for the dirty mirror (I live in a college dorm if you haven't noticed)

 

If you want hair like that you:

Go to a hair dresser, and get it cut to the appropriate length (shorter on the sides, longer on the top). Also get it layered.

Then, it depends on your natural hair texture, whether you've got dead straight, mostly straight, wavy, curly, silky, or coarse hair. Whatever the case, if your hair isn't dead straight, straighten it to the style you want (which it would straightening it to the side), then wax it.

It really doesn't take that long, prob 5-15 minutes depending on length if your at home.

Your hair looks like shit. No flaming or trolling, just trying to help. Go to a hair salon, ask for that cut, and while you're out invest in a good wax and some good shampoo + conditioner. Use them. Clean, healthy hair is easier to style - not to mention it looks better.

 

My hair is like that too, it's a total bitch to style in the morning but in the evening it's great. :L I think that what you've done with it looks awesome. You'll find that as you style it like that more often you'll eventually 'train' it to be like that naturally. My hair sweeps right across like yours does except it's a bit longer, and now it just goes more or less how I want it to naturally now because it's used to it. My only suggestion would be to trim the back down a little bit. I mean the little whispy bit that you can see in the slightly zoomed out shot.

 

First pic looks cool, second looks like a rats nest. As others have said, you need to go to a salon (not a 5 dollar barbershop) to get your hair done to be able to pull off those styles.
Be sure to bring a picture of the hairstyle with you, and let them work their magic.

Believe me, I've had longer hair for years at varying lengths.

 

Yeah your hair seems too long to pull of the 'louie'.

If your really passionate about this then go to a hair salon (With girls, not just a mens barber, you can go figure as to why) and show them a picture on your phone or just say 'you want somthing like louie from one direction' if you feel weird about it and then just take mental notes on how they create it for you. Think about it, its like a $25 hair investment and $20 hair gel/mousse and you can have the hair you want whenever you want it.
