Possible position for a kiln caper (MUST know beta)

Looking to add someone who is well versed in the beta to my caping team. The individual for this position will be chosen based on their community trust, if you wish to bring reputable individuals who would vouch for you on this thread that is acceptable. This should go without saying, but if you are planning on scamming customers or myself, please do not bother applying. By applying for this position you are promising that all information that you put forward is completely true.

Requirements:

• Must have completed kilns in both current Runescape and on the beta (with at least picture proof)
• Must be online to complete capes at least 6 hours per day
• Must be trusted in the community with at least 20+ vouches for service related sales.
• Must NEVER damage any customers accounts or items
• Must report all sales directly to me
• Deposit of 100M RSGP or $50 will be required for your Employment, if ever you were to damage an account this money would be used to cover the costs of said account, also ending your employment. 50% of this amount will be refunded after 1 month of service and 100% after 3 months of service.

Fraudulent activity/creation or violation of any of these requirements forfeits eligibility for this position. With no deposit returned.

Payments:
Your wage will be dependent on the amount of capes that you sell. If you are active on the website, you could easily make $60 or more per day you recieve 90% of the amount your order was worth (you would recieve 18m from a 20m order)

Any payments made to you that are not reported will be cause for your immediate termination with no deposit returned.

Why would someone work for you lol and have to pay you 100m plus a percent of their capes, when they can just open their own shop.

Yes, you might say that "because you are trusted" but let me tell you what, anyone can become trusted by making atleast 5-15 capes for a cheap price and then start raising the price little by little
