Well , i recieved refund but just to let know others about Guild Wars 2 gold purchases.

He should be atleast marked "Trade with Caution"

Facts:
He dont know how to deliver gold in game.
He think that mail system works via "guildtag" , than he send gold to account name

Comparing to gmail: if he had to send mail to person who uses [email protected] and Xtard Ytard as mail signature (real name) , he would send mail to Xtard Ytard , not to [email protected]

He gave a refund so I don't really see why he needs a TwC, by the sounds of things he's just very new to trading.
