Not surprised. A few of RiD's bots still work in EoC Beta anyway. This isn't difficult for some bots because of the way they work.

 

Wtf? That's completely pointless...unless the beta has some update [not just a change to combat obviously] that would effect reflection bots and developer's are trying to beat jagex to it...

...Am I that out of the loop?

and, with the way RiD is written [recognizing what is on screen] won't scripts that don't involve combat still function?

 

Yeah i bet its just bots getting tested. If not it makes zero sense...

 

Probably this, it makes perfect sense to test out the bots in the Beta, will give the developers a good idea about what bot tweaks need to be done before the 20th

 

Agreed, they're going to want the upper hand as their communities are going to get rowdy once EoC kicks in. In a more optimistic look, these changes will make power Mining/Fishing easy and safe enough to obtain 200M botting due to the minimal mouse reaction needed as well as the substantial exp/hr increases in each skill.

 

Yeah, RiD said bots will be updated within 24 hours from the launch of the EoC update. Other bots that deal with other EoC related interfaces such as fletching/crafting will probably be updated very quickly, because even if the graphics change once EoC comes out, it's a very simple swap if RiD has already laid down the main structure for what EoC uses now. I'm excited, especially since fishing is my next 99, and I'm so very close
