Looking for a good main!!!

I have around 95M to spend on a decent main account.

I want an account with 100+ combat and a decent amount of quest points.

The account dosent have to have any wealth on it but if it does that would be good i guess.

I am only going to spend up to 95M on this account.

I will not go first unless u are highly trusted. im more than happy to use an OMM but that will b at ur cost.
